JuicySeeded Seller and Buyer Agreement & Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Marketplace

JuicySeeded is a platform designed to connect independent sellers of vegan and plant-based products with buyers. JuicySeeded is not a party to any transaction. All sales are strictly peer-to-peer (P2P) between the Buyer and the Seller.

2. Licensing & Legal Compliance

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary local, state, and federal licenses, permits, and certifications required to sell their specific products (including, but not limited to, cottage food laws, health department permits, and business licenses).

• JuicySeeded is not liable for any seller operating without proper legal authorization.

3. Payment & Transaction Responsibility

JuicySeeded does not process, handle, or store funds from product sales.

• Accuracy: Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their PayPal and Cash App links.

• Errors: JuicySeeded is not liable for financial losses, missed payments, or incorrect amounts resulting from incorrect links or "item names" provided by the seller in the submission form.

• Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments, refunds, or non-delivery must be handled directly between the buyer and the seller through their respective payment platforms.

4. Product Standards (Vegan & Plant-Based)

To maintain the integrity of the marketplace, all food items must be 100% vegan and all non-food products must be 100% plant-based. JuicySeeded reserves the right to remove any listing that does not meet these criteria without a refund of membership fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

JuicySeeded, its owners, and affiliates are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised.

• The truth or accuracy of listings.

• Any physical harm, allergic reactions, or illness resulting from the consumption or use of products purchased through the site.

• Technical interruptions or site downtime.

6. Membership & Subscriptions

By subscribing to a membership plan (Seed, Grow, or Pro), you agree to pay the recurring fee. Memberships may be canceled at any time, but JuicySeeded does not offer pro-rated refunds for the current billing cycle.
