JuicySeeded Seller and Buyer Agreement & Terms of Service

By Using JuicySeeded.com, You agree to the Terms of the Seller and Buyer Agreement

1. Nature of the Marketplace

JuicySeeded is a platform designed to connect independent sellers of vegan and plant-based products with buyers. JuicySeeded is not a party to any transaction. All sales are strictly peer-to-peer (P2P) between the Buyer and the Seller.

2. Licensing & Legal Compliance

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary local, state, and federal licenses, permits, and certifications required to sell their specific products (including, but not limited to, cottage food laws, health department permits, and business licenses).

• JuicySeeded is not liable for any seller operating without proper legal authorization.
   

3. Payment & Transaction Responsibility

JuicySeeded does not process, handle, or store funds from product sales.

• Accuracy: Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their PayPal and Cash App links.

• Errors: JuicySeeded is not liable for financial losses, missed payments, or incorrect amounts resulting from incorrect links or "item names" provided by the seller in the submission form.

• Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments, refunds, or non-delivery must be handled directly between the buyer and the seller through their respective payment platforms.
   

4. Product Standards (Vegan & Plant-Based)

To maintain the integrity of the marketplace, all food items must be 100% vegan and all non-food products must be 100% plant-based. JuicySeeded reserves the right to remove any listing that does not meet these criteria without a refund of membership fees. 

 

5.Right to Remove Listings

JuicySeeded reserves the right to remove any listings, suspend accounts, or terminate memberships for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms, safety concerns, fraudulent activity, or prohibited products.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

JuicySeeded, its owners, and affiliates are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised.

• The truth or accuracy of listings.

• Any physical harm, allergic reactions, or illness resulting from the consumption or use of products purchased through the site.

• Technical interruptions or site downtime.
   

7. Membership & Subscriptions

By subscribing to a membership plan (Seed, Grow, or Pro), you agree to pay the recurring fee. Memberships may be canceled at any time, but JuicySeeded does not offer pro-rated refunds for the current billing cycle.

8.Seller Certification

Sellers represent and warrant that they possess all licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, and approvals required by applicable law to sell their products. Sellers agree to maintain such authorizations throughout their use of the platform.

9.Ingredient & Allergy Disclosure

Sellers are responsible for accurately disclosing all ingredients and known allergens in their product listings. JuicySeeded does not verify ingredient lists or allergen disclosures.​

10. Non-Verification 

JuicySeeded does not inspect, test, certify, endorse, or guarantee any seller, product, license, permit, ingredient list, or regulatory compliance claim.

11. Indemnification

Sellers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JuicySeeded, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the seller's products, conduct, representations, regulatory violations, or use of the platform.

12.Buyer Assumption of Risk

Buyers acknowledge that food products are prepared and sold by independent sellers. Buyers assume all risks associated with food consumption, including allergies, sensitivities, and adverse reactions.

13. Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create a seller account or enter into transactions through the platform.

14. Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery arrangements are made between buyers and sellers. JuicySeeded is not responsible for delivery performance, delays, damaged goods, or delivery-related disputes.​ Delivery fees are determined solely by the seller. Buyers are responsible for confirming any delivery charges with the seller prior to sending payment. JuicySeeded does not set, collect, process, or guarantee delivery fees.
