JuicySeeded is an online listing platform where individuals and businesses (“Sellers”) can post and promote the sale of seeded watermelons and other produce, and users (“Buyers”) can browse and connect with Sellers.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to use this site. You agree to use JuicySeeded only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to post or respond to listings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. JuicySeeded is not responsible for any unauthorized activity resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

4. Listings and Conduct

By posting a listing, you agree:

  • That the information you provide is accurate and honest.

  • That you have the right to sell the product you’re listing.

  • Not to post anything unlawful, misleading, harmful, or inappropriate.

  • That JuicySeeded reserves the right to remove or refuse any listing at its discretion.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any goods listed on the site.

5. Payments

JuicySeeded may charge Sellers for posting or promoting listings. Payment terms and features will be clearly disclosed before any charges are applied. All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

6. No Guarantees or Liability

JuicySeeded does not guarantee any sales, buyer interest, or successful transactions. We are a listing platform only and do not directly sell or inspect any products.

We are not responsible for:

  • Any disputes between Buyers and Sellers

  • Losses, damages, or injuries related to any transaction

  • Listings that may be inaccurate or fraudulent

Use the platform at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on JuicySeeded (excluding user-generated listings) is owned by JuicySeeded and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in harmful activity. We may also modify or discontinue our services at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of JuicySeeded means you accept any changes.
