At JuicySeeded, we value transparency and fairness in how we do business. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase on our platform.

1. Paid Listings and Services

All payments made for services on JuicySeeded — including, but not limited to, listing fees, subscription plans, featured placement, or promotional boosts — are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Because digital services and listings are activated immediately, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Listings that do not result in sales or leads

  • Subscriptions that are canceled mid-cycle

  • Mistaken or accidental purchases by the user

2. Exceptions

We may issue a refund or account credit in the following rare situations:

  • A technical issue on our platform that prevented your listing from being published or displayed properly.

  • You were billed in error or charged multiple times for the same service.

  • A system-wide outage disrupted paid services for an extended period.

To be considered for an exception, you must contact us within 7 days of the issue.

3. Disputed Payments & Chargebacks

If a chargeback is submitted through your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your JuicySeeded account may be suspended or terminated pending investigation.
